The following topics are surveyed as part of our customer satisfaction analyses:

  • Quotations
  • Project realisation
  • General information

Regular customer satisfaction analyses are conducted:

  • after project completion
  • once a year for long-term customers
The analyses are carried out regularly at the end of the calendar year.
