VISTA: Where the view becomes the programme - electrical installations for a luxury office building

We demand the best quality from ourselves in every project: but with VISTA in Frankfurt am Main (Hesse), the client (Groß & Partner, Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH) set the bar as high as possible and defined high quality standards in the tender. The result is a luxury-class office building.

The background to this is that more and more companies are paying attention to where they work. Employees need to feel comfortable in the workplace, the rooms must be able to be changed flexibly and the building must fulfil high ecological standards. The VISTA in Frankfurt’s banking district is considered a green building and is also extremely prestigious.

The new building at Mainzer Landstrasse 36 offers around 7,600 m² of rental space on eight floors with above-average ceiling heights. The top floor has a room height of 3.25 metres and penthouse character – with access to the roof terrace. This is where the name (“Vista” means view) becomes the programme. But there are also terraces overlooking the inner courtyard with mature trees on all other floors.

The order comprised the electrical installation (high and low voltage current) with a volume of € 2.3 million including supplements. We installed

We were also responsible for the fire alarm system, emergency power system, BOS radio system, access control and barrier system. Overall, the construction period ran from December 2015 to March 2017.
